The Drop Camp at Timber Ridge This Low Budget, Do-It-Yourself, Montana Drop Camp is just what the serious elk, deer and bear hunter is looking for. Do it yourself, you don't need a guide, be a real hunter and save thousands of dollars of your hard earned money. We have placed this camp in the heart of excellent elk, deer and bear country. Be our guest at our private hunting camp which is surrounded by thousands of acres of Lewis and Clark National Forest. The Camp is located at 6500 feet of elevation and is accessed by 4x4 vehicle through a "locked" Forest Service gate. Great fishing nearby. Our drop camp consists of the following: 24 X 28 Cabin Sleeps 4 - 8 Buffet table Propane cook stove Wood stove with wood cut, split and stacked Propane lanterns Game cart Canvas covered out house Good times / Great hunting All hunts are seven days long (in on sunday out on saturday). Prices are based on a 4 hunter party (we only mix camps with both parties permission). $550 per hunter (4 hunters in camp minimum) All you need to bring is your weapon of choice, sleeping bag, personal gear, food and a license.
