Trip or Service Description:

Welcome For trophy whitetail and turkey archery and firearm hunting South Fork Outfitting is the answer. We have many acres of prime, privately owned hunting ground in three of the top hunting counties of Pike, Adams and Hancock Counties in Illinois. Our ground consists of hardwoods, thick bedding, CRP, food plots of corn, soybeans, and ladino clover. Our hunts are primarily archery but we do offer a limited number of firearm hunters. We are a family owned business in operation for six years. We have had a very firm deer management program to build a trophy herd. Our guides are skilled, experienced guides ready to assist you in bagging that trophy buck. Hunting Information Our hunts are set up to be primarily Monday through Friday, but we can make other arrangements if requested and available. Hunters are to arrive on the Sunday before their hunt. The hunter is responsible for his own hunting and personal gear.  We will provide bedding and wash towels. Licenses are available through the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. Hunters can bring their own tree stands if they wish, but ours are pre-scouted and ready to hunt. The hunter them self is able to decide how there hunting is done. You can stay out all day or come in for lunch and then go back out later, whichever you prefer. All you have to do is let your guide know what your plans are before you go out that day.   South Fork offers: 3500 acres of prime whitetail and wild turkey hunting Skilled guides Pre-scouted & ready to hunt commercial stands Comfortable lodges (up to parties of 10 people) GPS handhelds are available to insure hunters can find the stands in the dark Permits available over the phone through IDNR Meat processing, taxidermy & shipping Available 130 class minimum enforced (fines for deer smaller than 130 are enforced) 50% Deposit at time of reservation, the remaining balance due 30day after tags are sold We also have fishing close if you tag out and your party is not done hunting Cam Tracker photos and video footage are also available upon request
